Communion is celebrated on a regular basis as part of the Sunday worship service and at other times during the year. Home communion is also offered for those unable to attend worship when communion is observed.
Special worship services are held during Lent, Worldwide Communion Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve.
Tapes are made of our worship services and are available to anyone who is unable to be in church for worship for any reason and also for those who would like to hear the service again.
Children are welcomed in worship and an effort is made for them to feel included. A children's messageis part of the worship service. Special children's bulletins, crayons, as well as children's books are available for preschool and early elementary school children. For parents who choose, a nursery is available for infants and preschool children.
A wheelchair is available at the church to be used to assist people from their cars into the building.If you plan to come to church any Sunday, it would be most helpful if you called the Church Office (462-6342) by Friday mornings so we can have someone available to meet you at your vehicle on Sunday mornings. If your plans change after you have called, you can always leave a message on the answering machine at the Church Office and someone will check it on Sunday morning. The wheelchair is provided as a courtesy by Hospice Services, who shares office space in our building.
