Ordinary Prayer is life lived in prayer. All that we do is given to God for God's pleasure and glory. Here is a prayer seeking God's help to bring us more consistently into a life of prayer for ourselves and others.

May I, by the power of the Holy Spirit, receive the spirit of prayer. May it become, in the name of Jesus Christ, the most precious occupation of my life. And may the God of peace give strength, blessings and wholeness for me and those for whom I pray. Amen.
